摘要
目的 分析优质护理对ICU颅脑损伤合并糖尿病患者术后恢复效果的影响.方法 选取2020年1月—2023年1月平邑县人民医院收治的60例颅脑损伤合并糖尿病患者为研究对象,实施随机数表法分为对照组、观察组,各30例,分别对两组患者采取常规护理、优质护理措施,比较两组术后恢复效果和血糖指标水平.结果 入组时两组生理自理评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组改善理想,优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).入组时两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);干预后,观察组各血糖指标水平较对照组下降显著,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).入组时两组焦虑情绪评分组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的分值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 优质护理用于ICU颅脑损伤合并糖尿病患者能够有效控制血糖水平,改善其生活自理能力及情绪.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing on postoperative recovery of patients with brain in-jury and diabetes in ICU.Methods 60 patients with brain injury complicated with diabetes treated in Pingyi County People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into con-trol group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Routine nursing and high-quality nursing measures were taken respectively for the two groups.The effect of postoperative recovery,and the blood glucose index levels of the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant differ-ence in physiological self-care score between two groups upon enrollment(P>0.05).After intervention,the improve-ment of observation group was ideal,better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin between two groups upon enrollment(all P>0.05).After intervention,the blood glucose index lev-els of observation group decreased significantly compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in anxiety rating between two groups upon en-rollment(P>0.05).After intervention,the score of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the dif-ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing for patients with brain injury compli-cated with diabetes in ICU can effectively control their blood glucose level,improve their self-care ability and mood.
