妊娠糖尿病患者围产期护理干预效果探究

摘要
目的 探究围产期护理对妊娠糖尿病的影响.方法 选取2022年9月—2023年9月费县人民医院的100例妊娠糖尿病患者为研究对象,按奇偶数分为对比组、探究组,每组50例,基础护理为前组方案,围产期护理为后组方案,对比两组情绪状态、血糖指标、分娩方式、并发症发生情况.结果 干预前探究组、对比组焦虑、抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05).干预后探究组焦虑、抑郁评分低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).干预前探究组、对比组各血糖指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).干预后探究组各血糖指标水平低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).探究组自然分娩率为96.00%,高于对比组的84.00%,探究组不良妊娠结局为8.00%,低于对比组的26.00%,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 围产期护理应用于妊娠糖尿病患者的并发症少,可控制血糖,改善产妇情绪,规避糖尿病对分娩造成的不良影响.
Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of perinatal nursing on gestational diabetes.Methods 100 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus in Feixian County People's Hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into comparison group and exploration group by odd and even num-bers,with 50 cases in each group.Basic nursing was the former group of programs,perinatal nursing was the latter group of programs.Emotional state,blood glucose,delivery methods,and incident rate of complications were com-pared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in scores of anxiety and depres-sion before intervention in the exploration group and the comparison group(both P>0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression after intervention were lower in the exploration group than those in the comparison group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose indi-cators before intervention in the exploration group and the comparison group(P>0.05).The blood glucose indicators levels after intervention in the exploration group were lower than those in the comparison group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The natural childbirth rate data in the exploration group was 96.00%,higher than 84.00%in the comparison group,the adverse pregnancy outcome was 8.00%in the exploration group,lower than 26.00%in the comparison group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Perina-tal nursing used in patients with gestational diabetes causes fewer complications,can control blood glucose,improve maternal mood,and avoid the adverse effects of diabetes on childbirth.
