摘要
目的 分析基于信息-动机-行为技巧(Information-motivation-behavioral,IMB)模型的护理措施在2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果.方法 选择2020年7月—2023年6月商河县人民医院住院治疗的158例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为两组,各79例.对照组采取常规健康指导,研究组在常规健康指导的基础上采取基于IMB模型的护理措施.比较两组糖尿病健康知识掌握情况,以及糖尿病自我管理行为量表(Summary of Diabetes Self-care Activities-6,SDSCA)、一般自我效能感量表(General Perceived Self-efficacy Scale,GSES)、糖尿病特异性生活质量测定量表(Diabetes Specific Quality of Life Scale,DSQL)评分.结果 与对照组结果对比,研究组糖尿病健康知识总掌握率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预8周后,与对照组对比,研究组GSES、SDSCA、DSQL评分均更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 基于IMB模型的护理措施能够提高2型糖尿病患者对于疾病知识的掌握度,增强其自我效能感与自我管理行为能力,保障生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of nursing measures based on information-motivation-behavioral skills(IMB)model in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 158 patients with type 2 diabetes who were hospital-ized in Shanghe County People's Hospital from July 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 79 patients in each group.The control group took the routine health guidance,and the study group took the nursing measures based on the IMB model on the basis of routine health guidance.The health knowledge of diabetes as well as the scores of Summary of Diabetes Self-care Activities-6(SDSCA),General Perceived Self-efficacy Scale(GSES),Diabetes Specific Quality of Life Scale(DSQL)between the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the total mastery rate of diabetes health knowl-edge in the study group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the con-trol group after 8 weeks of intervention,the scores of GSES,SDSCA and DSQL in the study group were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing measures based on IMB model can improve the mastery of disease knowledge of type 2 diabetes patients,enhance their self-efficacy and self-management behav-ior ability,and guarantee the quality of life.
