基于"穴位按摩、耳穴压丸"技术探讨2型糖尿病患者的中医护理效果

摘要
目的 探讨基于"穴位按摩、耳穴压丸"技术的中医护理对2型糖尿病患者的效果.方法 选取2022年9月—2023年9月濉溪县中医医院老年医学科收治的52例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为两组.对照组(26例)实施常规护理,研究组(26例)实施基于"穴位按摩、耳穴压丸"技术的中医护理.比较两组血糖、治疗依从性与生存质量.结果 护理后,两组空腹血糖(Fasting Blood Glucose,FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2-hour Postprandial Blood Glucose,2 hBG)及糖化血红蛋白(Hemoglobin A1c,HbA1c)水平均明显降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);研究组治疗总依从性优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组生活质量评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 基于"穴位按摩、耳穴压丸"技术的中医护理可明显降低2型糖尿病患者血糖水平,提升治疗依从性,提高生存质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medical nursing based on the technique of"acupres-sure point massage and pill-pressing on ear point"on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 52 patients with type 2 diabetes treated in Suixi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(26 cases)carried out routine nursing,and the study group(26 cases)carried out traditional Chinese medicine nursing based on"acupressure and auricular point pressure pill"technology.Blood glucose,treatment com-pliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,fasting blood glucose(FBG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 hBG)and hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c)levels were decreased significantly in two groups,and the study group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total treatment compliance of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The life quality score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medical nursing based on the technique of"acupressure point massage and pill-pressing on ear point"can significantly reduce the blood glucose level of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients,enhance treatment compliance and the quality of life.
