摘要
目的 研究分析老年糖尿病肾病患者采用健康教育+优质护理方式完成血液透析护理后的临床效果.方法 选取2022年2月—2023年8月广东省第二中医院收治的90例老年糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象,依据抽签法分为观察组(n=45,采取健康教育+优质护理)和对照组(n=45,采取常规护理),比较两组的遵医总依从性、心理状态、血糖水平和不良事件发生情况.结果 观察组遵医依从性、焦虑自评量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS)评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);护理后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、不良事件总发生率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 在老年糖尿病肾病患者的血液透析护理中,与常规护理相比较,采取健康教育+优质护理能够获取更好的效益,可有效提升患者遵医依从性,降低血糖水平,改善患者的不良情绪,减少不良事件发生.
Abstract
Objective To study and analyze the clinical effects of hemodialysis nursing care for elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy after adopting health education + quality nursing care.Methods A total of 90 elderly diabetic nephropathy patients admitted to the Second Hospital of Middle School of Guangdong Province from February 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into observation group(n=45,health education + quality nursing)and control group(n=45,routine nursing)according to the lottery method.The total compliance,psy-chological state,blood glucose level and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The medical compliance,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After nurs-ing,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and the total incidence of adverse events in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the hemodialysis care of elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy,compared with conventional care,adopting health education + quality care can obtain better benefits,which can effectively improve patients'compli-ance with medical treatment,reduce blood glucose levels,improve patients'bad mood,and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
