Objective To investigate the effect of risk assessment combined with anticipatory care on the complication rate in dialysis for diabetic nephropathy. Methods A total of 100 dialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy treated in Pizhou Dongda Hospital were selected as the study objects from March 2021 to March 2023 and were divided into the control group(n=54,routine care)and the study group(n=46,risk assessment combined anticipatory care)according to the coin tossing method. The nursing satisfaction and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the complication rate(4.35%)was lower in the study group, and the difference was significantly significant(χ2=4.724,P<0.05).Satisfaction with care was higher in the study group than in the control group, and the difference was significantly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing diabetic ne-phropathy dialysis patients with risk assessment combined with anticipatory care, the quality of their survival can be improved, the incidence of complications can be reduced, and nursing satisfaction is subsequently increased.
