Objective To evaluate the role of hemoperfusion and hemodialysis in end-stage patients with diabetes ne-phropathy.Methods Fifty patients with end-stage diabetes nephropathy were undernent hemodialysis in Gaoqing County People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to ran-dom number table,twenty-five patients in each group. The monotherapy group was given individual dialysis for treat-ment,while the combined treatment group was given whole hemoperfusion and hemodialysis for treatment. The effi-cacy and complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total incidence of complications in the combined treatment group was lower than that in the monotherapy group, and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that of the monotherapy group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels white blood cell(WBC),hemo-globin(Hb),platelets(PLT)of patients in the combined treatment group were significantly lower than those in the monotherapy group, while the levels of blood urea nitrogen(Bun),serum creatinine(Scr),potassium ions were signifi-cantly higher than those in the potassium ions group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with nephropathy who need hemodialysis, hemoperfusion can improve the therapeutic effect and reduce complications.
