摘要
移动医疗借助微信等平台的监测与远程指导功能,为患者提供健康管理服务,提高糖尿病患者的自我管理意识.移动医疗在稳定患者血糖水平,帮助患者重拾积极心态等方面有明显优势.因此本文主要综述移动医疗在糖尿病患者自我管理中的应用方式及其应用效果,总结其问题和挑战,旨在为移动医疗信息化在糖尿病临床护理应用中提供参考,推进临床护理创新发展.
Abstract
Mobile healthcare provides health management services for patients with the monitoring and remote guid-ance functions of WeChat and other platforms to improve the self-management awareness of diabetic patients.Mobile healthcare has obvious advantages in stabilizing patients'blood glucose levels and helping them regain a positive mindset.Therefore,this article mainly reviews the application methods of health in the self-management of diabetic patients and its application effects,summarizes its problems and challenges,and aims to provide a reference for the application of health informatization in diabetic clinical care,and to promote the innovative development of clinical care.
