摘要
目的 分析糖尿病(Diabetes Mellitus,DM)合并尿毒症(Chromic Renal Failure,CRF)血液透析患者低血糖发生的危险因素.方法 随机选取2021年1月—2023年1月晋江市医院收治的82例DM合并CRF血液透析患者为研究对象,按照是否存在低血糖现象分为发生组(n=27)和未发生组(n=55).利用调查问卷收集患者的临床资料、用药依从性和家庭照顾者的照顾能力并进行单因素以及Logistic多因素分析.结果 两组患者年龄、体质指数、DM病程、用药依从性、照顾能力对比,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、体质指数、用药依从性、DM病程、照顾能力均为DM合并CRF血液透析患者发生低血糖的独立危险因素(P均<0.05).结论 年龄、体质指数、DM病程、用药依从性、照顾能力为DM合并CRF血液透析患者发生低血糖的危险因素.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the risk factors of hypoglycemia in hemodialysis patients with diabetes mellitus(DM)combined with chromic renal failure(CRF).Methods A total of 82 patients of DM combined with CRF received hemodialysis admitted to Jinjiang Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were randomly selected as the study ob-jects,and they were divided into the occurrence group(n=27)and the non-occurrence group(n=55)according to the occurrence of hypoglycemia.Questionnaires were used to collect the clinical data,the compliance of taking medicine and the caring ability of their family,univariate analysis as well as Logistic multifactorial analyses were performed.Results The age,body mass index,duration of DM,medication adherence,and care giving ability between the two groups were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Logistic multifactorial analysis suggested that body mass index,age,medication adherence,duration of DM,and care giving ability were independent risk factors of the incidence of hypoglycemia in DM combined with CRF patients treated with hemodialysis(all P<0.05).Conclusion Age,body mass index,DM duration,medication adherence,and care giving ability are all risk fac-tors of the incidence of hypoglycemia in DM combined with CRF patients treated with hemodialysis.
