负压封闭引流联合拜尔坦敷料在糖尿病下肢溃疡治疗中的临床研究

摘要
目的 探讨负压封闭引流联合拜尔坦敷料在糖尿病下肢溃疡治疗中的临床效果.方法 选取2022年1月—2023年12月玉林市红十字会医院收治的100例糖尿病下肢溃疡患者为研究对象,根据治疗方式分为两组,各50例.其中实施局部创面常规换药的患者为对照组,实施负压封闭引流联合拜尔坦敷料治疗的患者为观察组.比较两组临床疗效、疼痛情况、临床相关治疗指标.结果 观察组患者临床治疗总有效率(96.00%)高于对照组(84.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.212,P=0.045).治疗后,观察组患者疼痛程度评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.807,P<0.001).观察组换药频率低于对照组,溃疡愈合时间及平均住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.755、6.268、7.148,P均<0.001).结论 在糖尿病下肢溃疡治疗中实施负压封闭引流及拜尔坦敷料,疗效确切,可积极减轻患者疼痛程度,缩短相关治疗时间,促进患者恢复.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of negative pressure closed drainage combined with Baiertan dressing in the treatment of diabetic lower extremity ulcer.Methods A total of 100 patients with diabetic lower ex-tremity ulcers admitted to Yulin Red Cross Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to the treatment modality,with 50 cases each.Among them,the patients who underwent routine dressing change of local trauma were the control group,and the patients who underwent nega-tive pressure closed drainage combined with Baiertan dressing treatment were the observation group.The clinical therapeutic effect,pain,and clinical indicators of two groups were compared.Results The total clinical treatment effi-ciency of the observation group(96.00%)was higher than that of the control group(84.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.212,P=0.045).After treatment,the pain level score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.807,P<0.001).The frequency of medication change in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the ulcer healing time and average hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(t=5.755,6.268,7.148,all P<0.001).Conclusion The implementation of negative pressure closed drainage and Baiertan dressing in the treatment of diabetic lower extremity ulcers has a precise therapeutic effect,which can ac-tively reduce the degree of pain of the patients,shorten the relevant treatment time,and facilitate the promotion of the recovery of the patients.
