Objective To explore the influence of urine examination on the diagnosis of early renal injury in diabetic patients. Methods A total of 60 diabetic patients with suspected early renal injury admitted to the First Affiliated Hos-pital of Xiamen University from November 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects. All patients were tested for urinary microalbumin levels.Using clinical comprehensive diagnosis results(including medical history,re-nal function examination, imaging examination, etc.)as the gold standard, the diagnostic value of urinary microprotein level in kidney injury was analyzed. Results The gold standard results showed that 45 of the 60 patients were positive and 15 were negative.Urinary microalbumin was detected positive in 41 cases and negative in 19 cases, and the kappa value was 0.826.The diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of urinary microalbumin were 75.56%,53.33%and 70.00%.Conclusion Urine microalbumin examination in urine examination of diabetes patients is more accurate in the diagnosis of early renal injury, reflecting higher value.
