评价甘精胰岛素与瑞格列奈联合治疗老年糖尿病的效果

摘要
目的 观察老年糖尿病患者采取甘精胰岛素、瑞格列奈联合治疗的应用价值.方法 选取2022年2月—2023年4月枣庄市精神卫生中心老年病三科收治的50例老年糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用单双号法分为考察组、对比组,各25例.考察组应用甘精胰岛素与瑞格列奈联合治疗,对比组实施甘精胰岛素治疗,对比两组治疗总有效率、治疗前后胰岛素抵抗指数(Homeostasis Model of Assessment for Insulin Resistence In-dex,HOMA-IR)水平、胰岛β功能指数(Homeostasis Model Assessment-β,HOMA-β)水平、血糖控制指数、胰岛素用量、低血糖发生率.结果 考察组治疗总有效率高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,考察组HOMA-IR水平、HOMA-β水平优于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).考察组血糖控制指数、胰岛素用量低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).考察组低血糖发生率低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 甘精胰岛素、瑞格列奈联合治疗老年糖尿病的效果显著,可降低低血糖发生率.
Abstract
Objective To observe the application value of combination therapy of insulin glargine and repaglinide in elderly patients with diabetes.Methods Fifty elderly diabetic patients admitted to the Department of Geriatrics Ⅲ in Zaozhuang Mental Health Center from February 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into investigation group and comparison group by odd-even number method,with 25 cases in each group.The investi-gation group was treated with insulin glargine and repaglinide,and the comparison group was treated with insulin glargine.The total treatment effective rate,homeostasis model of assessment for insulin resistence index(HOMA-IR),homeostasis model assessment-β(HOMA-β)level before and after treatment,glycemic control index,insulin dosage and incidence of hypoglycemia were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the investigation group was higher than that in the comparison group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of HOMA-IR and HOMA-β in the investigation group were better than those in the comparison group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The glycemic control in-dex and insulin dosage of the investigation group were lower than those of the comparison group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia in the investigation group was lower than that in the comparison group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of in-sulin glargine and repaglinide is effective in the treatment of senile diabetes and can reduce the incidence of hypogly-cemia.
