Effect of Perioperative Evidence-based Nursing in Operating Room on Postoperative Incision Healing in Patients with Hepatobiliary Surgery Complicated with Diabetes
Objective To analyze the effect of perioperative evidence-based nursing in operating room on postopera-tive incision healing in patients with diabetic hepatobiliary surgery. Methods A total of 80 hepatobiliary surgery pa-tients with diabetic treated in Feixian County Second Hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected. The two color sphere method was used in the study. The red ball was included in the study group for evidence-based nursing intervention during the perioperative period of the operating room. The blue ball was included in the control group and given routine nursing intervention. There were forty patients in each group. The blood glucose level and perioperative complications were compared. Results Before nursing, there were no statistically significant differences in fasting blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin indexes between the two groups(both P>0.05).After nursing, the fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin index levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The perioperative complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing intervention in the perioperative period of the operating room for patients with diabetic hepatobiliary surgery can stabilize the blood glucose level of patients, and play a role in preventing complications. It is conducive to accelerate the wound healing time of patients and avoid wound infection.
