糖尿病患者围术期实施人性化护理的效果研究

摘要
目的 探究人性化护理模式应用于糖尿病患者围术期中的效果.方法 选取2022年1月—2023年5月洪湖市中医医院收治的60例围术期糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用密封信封抽选法分为参照组和研究组,参照组(30例)施以常规护理,研究组(30例)施以人性化护理,对比护理前后两组患者心理状态和护理舒适度.结果 实施人性化护理后,研究组患者的抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)评分均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).研究组患者的护理舒适度(96.67%)高于参照组(76.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 将人性化护理应用于糖尿病患者围术期中可获得理想效果,对改善患者心理状态,提升舒适度有积极影响.
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of humanized nursing model applied to diabetic patients in perioperative pe-riod.Methods A total of 60 diabetes patients of perioperative period treated in Honghu Hospital of Traditional Chi-nese Medicine from January 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30)by sealed envelope method,and the control group received routine nursing,and the study group received humanized nursing.The psychological state and comfort level of nursing were observed and compared between groups before and after nursing.Results After giving humanized nursing,the scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The comfort of nursing in the study group(96.67%)was higher than that in the control group(76.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying humanized nursing to diabetic patients during perioperative period can obtain ideal effect,which has positive influence on improving patients'psychological state and comfort level,and has popularization sig-nificance.
