摘要
目的 分析2型糖尿病(Diabetes Mellitus Type 2,T2DM)行胃肠手术集束化护理应用价值.方法 选取2020年8月—2022年8月潍坊市中医院胃肠外科收治的84例T2DM合并胃肠手术患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组与研究组,每组42例,分别接受常规护理与集束化护理.比较两组护理前后血糖变化及生活质量.结果 研究组经护理后血糖指标低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 T2DM合并胃肠手术患者围术期手术风险较高,实施集束化护理干预有助于控制血糖水平,提高患者生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application value of cluster nursing in gastrointestinal surgery for diabetes melli-tus type 2(T2DM).Methods A total of 84 T2DM patients with gastrointestinal surgery admitted to the Gastrointestinal Surgery Department of Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to August 2022 were se-lected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,42 cases patients in each group,receiving routine nursing and cluster nursing,respectively.The blood glu-cose changes and quality of life assessment were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the blood glucose index of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The risk of peri-operative operation in patients with T2DM complicated with gastrointestinal surgery is high.The implementation of cluster nursing intervention is helpful to control blood glucose level and improve the quality of life of patients.
