Objective To study the clinical effect of humanized nursing in the nursing of diabetic patients.Methods A total of 100 diabetic patients admitted to Hedong District Tanghe Hospital,Linyi City from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases)according to random number table method.The observation group received humanized nursing intervention,and the control group received routine nursing intervention.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the improvement effect of anxiety in the observation group was significantly better than that in the con-trol group,the medication compliance and self-management ability of patients were better than that in the control group,the control effect of blood glucose level before and after meals was significantly better than that in the control group,and the final improvement effect of quality of life was better than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized nursing in the nursing manage-ment of diabetes patients can further improve the quality of nursing services,enhance patients'awareness,improve pa-tients'negative emotions,improve patients'medication compliance and self-management ability,and further improve the blood sugar control effect and improve patients'quality of life.
