摘要
目的 分析个性化护理用于冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病合并2型糖尿病老年患者的效果.方法 选取2021年6月—2023年8月山东省寿光市人民医院收治的128例冠心病合并2型糖尿病老年患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为参考组(n=64,常规护理)和研究组(n=64,个性化护理),比较两组血糖指标、依从评分、护理满意度.结果 研究组老年患者接受个性化护理后,患者的血糖指标有所改善且显著优于参考组,依从评分、护理满意度均显著高于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 个性化护理应用于冠心病合并2型糖尿病老年患者的效果确切.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of personalized care in elderly patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease combined with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 128 elderly patients with CHD combined with type 2 dia-betes admitted to Shouguang People's Hospital of Shandong Province from June 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into reference group(n=64,routine care)and research group(n=64,personalized care)according to random number table method.Blood glucose index,compliance score,nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After the elderly patients in the study group received personalized care,the blood glucose index of the patients was improved and significantly better than that of the reference group,and the compliance score and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than that of the reference group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of personalized nursing in the elderly pa-tients with coronary heart disease combined with type 2 diabetes has a definite effect.
