多样性护理方式在冠心病合并糖尿病患者护理中的应用价值分析

摘要
目的 分析多样性护理方式应用于冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)合并糖尿病中的临床价值.方法 选取2022年10月—2023年10月寿光市中医医院收治的96例冠心病合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,采取抽签法随机分为对照组、研究组,各48例,分别行常规护理和多样性护理,比较两组血糖状况、遵医嘱评分、患者满意度.结果 研究组血糖状况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组遵医嘱行为评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 冠心病合并糖尿病患者应用多样性护理,可以提升其遵医嘱自我意识,患者满意度较高.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical value of diverse nursing methods in patients with coronary atheroscle-rotic heart disease(referred to as coronary heart disease)complicated with diabetes.Methods A total of 96 patients with coronary heart disease combined with diabetes admitted to Shouguang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects and were divided into randomly control group and study group by drawing lots,48 cases in each group,and received routine nursing and diversified nursing respec-tively.The blood glucose status,compliance score and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The blood glucose status of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).The score of compliance behavior in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The applica-tion of diverse nursing in patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes can improve their self-awareness of follow-ing medical advice,and the patient satisfaction is higher.
