Objective To explore the clinical effect obtained after giving holistic nursing intervention for patients with diabetic ketoacidosis.Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetic ketoacidosis admitted to the People's Hospital of Weifang Binhai Economic Development Zone from February 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups by coin throwing method.The reference group(40 cases)was given routine basic nursing,the study group(40 cases)was given holistic nursing intervention on the basis of the reference group,and the nursing satisfaction score and negative emotion score of the two groups were compared.Results The nurse-patient relationship score,nurse-patient communication score,psychological nursing score,publicity and education score and overall sat-isfaction score of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,the differences were statistically sig-nificant(all P<0.05).After nursing,compared with the reference group,the negative emotion score of the study group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical reasonable holistic nursing in-tervention for patients with diabetic ketoacidosis can significantly reduce the level of patients,significantly relieve the negative emotions of patients,improve the patients'nursing satisfaction,and promote the good prognosis of patients with diabetic ketoacidosis.
