无缝隙康复护理在糖尿病患者中的实施价值分析

摘要
目的 分析糖尿病患者接受无缝隙康复护理后的临床效果.方法 选取寿光市人民医院于2019年1月—2022年12月收治的100例糖尿病患者为研究对象,通过随机数表法将患者分为参比组(普通护理,50例)与研析组(普通护理+无缝隙护理,50例),比较不同护理模式的效果.结果 护理后,研析组心理障碍评分、血糖指标评分低于参比组,生活质量评分高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 糖尿病患者接受无缝隙康复护理后可以优化血糖指标,保持平稳的心理状态、更高的生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of seamless rehabilitation nursing for diabetes patients.Methods A total of 100 diabetic patients admitted to Shouguang People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into reference group(general nursing,50 cases)and analysis group(general nursing+seamless nursing,50 cases)by random number table method,and the effect of different nursing modes were compared.Results After nursing,the score of psychological disorders and blood glucose index in the analysis group were lower than the reference group,and the quality of life score was higher than the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion After receiving seamless rehabilitation care,diabetes patients can optimize blood glucose indicators,maintain a stable psychological state,and improve their qual-ity of life.
