金匮肾气丸加减治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效

摘要
目的 分析糖尿病肾病患者临床治疗期间使用金匮肾气丸加减对其血糖指标、肾功能指标及中医证候积分的影响.方法 选取2021年3月—2023年6月惠安县医院中医科收治的120例糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各60例,其中对照组采用常规治疗方式,观察组在对照组基础上配合金匮肾气丸加减治疗,比较两组血糖指标、肾功能指标与中医证候积分.结果 治疗后,观察组各项血糖指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组肌酐、尿素氮、24 h尿蛋白、尿微量白蛋白与尿白蛋白/肌酐比值低于对照组,肾小球滤过率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).治疗后,观察组各项中医证候积分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 临床加用金匮肾气丸加减治疗糖尿病肾病效果突出,能够降低血糖水平,改善肾脏功能.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effects of using Jinkui Shenqi pill plus and reduction on the blood glucose in-dexes,renal function indexes,and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of patients with diabetic nephropathy during clinical treatment.Methods 120 patients treated in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Hui'an County Hospital from March 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment,pateints in the observation group were treated with Jinkui Shenqi pill plus and reduction treatment on the basis of the control group.Blood glucose indexes,renal function indexes and tradi-tional Chinese medicine syndrome scores were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the blood glucose index levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of creatinine,urea nitrogen,24 h urine protein,urinary microalbumin and urinary albumin/creatinine ratio in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the glomeru-lar filtration rate was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clini-cal treatment of diabetic nephropathy with Jinkui Shenqi pill plus and reduction is effective in reducing blood glucose level and improving renal function.
