Effect of Yuye Decoction in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetic Patients with Poor Blood Glucose Control

目的 探究玉液汤加减用于2型糖尿病(Diabetes Mellitus Type 2,T2DM)血糖控制不佳患者治疗中的效果.方法 选取2022年6月—2023年6月闽侯县人民医院收治的60例T2DM血糖控制不佳患者作为研究对象,依据抽签法将其分为对照组与研究组,各30例.对照组实施常规治疗,研究组实施玉液汤加减治疗.对比两组治疗效果、中医证候积分以及血糖水平.结果 研究组治疗总有效率、中医证候积分、血糖水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 玉液汤加减用于治疗T2DM患者时,可显著改善其中医证候积分,降低血糖水平,提升整体治疗效果.
Objective To explore the effect of Yuye decoction in the treatment of diabetes mellitus type 2(T2DM)pa-tients with poor blood glucose control.Methods Sixty T2DM patients with poor blood glucose control admitted to Min-hou County People's Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and study group according to the method of drawing lots,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the study group received treatment of Yuye decoction.The treatment ef-fect,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score and blood glucose level were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate,TCM syndrome score,and blood glucose level of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The applica-tion of Yuye decoction in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus can significantly improve the TCM syndrome score,re-duce the blood glucose level,and enhance the overall treatment effect.
