补阳还五汤加减应用于气阴两虚兼血瘀型非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变治疗对患者视功能的改善探讨

摘要
目的 分析气阴两虚兼血瘀型非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变患者行补阳还五汤加减治疗价值.方法 选取2022年1月—2023年10月张家港市中医医院接收的气阴两虚兼血瘀型非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变患者78例作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为研究组和对照组,各39例.对照组西药治疗,研究组同时行补阳还五汤加减治疗,评定治疗后各项结果.结果 研究组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后黄斑水肿、视网膜体积、黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度分别(0.68±0.24)分、(8.08±1.03)mm3、(236.91±17.61)μm,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.034、3.015、3.361,P均<0.05);研究组治疗后视功能、血清生化值优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 补阳还五汤加减治疗气阴两虚兼血瘀型非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变患者中,整体稳定度良好,有效率得到显著提升.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the therapeutic value of Buyang Huanwu Decoction in patients with non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy of Qi-yin deficiency combined with blood stasis.Methods A total of 78 patients with Qi-yin deficiency combined with blood stasis type of non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy were selected from Zhangjiagang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to October 2023,and were selected as study subjects and divided into study group and control group by random number table method,with 39 cases each.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the study group was treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction simultaneously.The results were evaluated after treatment.Results The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,macular edema,retinal volume and foveal retinal thickness of the study group were(0.68±0.24)min,(8.08±1.03)mm3 and(236.91±17.61)μm,respectively,which were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(t=4.034,3.015,3.361,all P<0.05).The visual function and serum biochemical value of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of Qi-yin deficiency combined with blood stasis type of non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy,Buyang Huanwu Decoction showed good overall stability and significantly improved effective rate.
