Objective To investigate the effect of fundus laser photocoagulation combined with drug intervention in diabetic eye disease and its influence on hemorheology. Methods A total of 116 patients with diabetic eye disease ad-mitted to Zhucheng People's Hospital from February 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into two groups with 58 cases each by envelope method. The control group was treated with drugs, and the observation group was treated with fundus laser photocoagulation on the basis of the control group. After 15 days of treatment, the hemorheology, visual acuity level and safety of the two groups were compared. Results After interven-tion,the level of posterior fundus hemorheology was improved in both groups, and the peak systolic velocity(PSV)and end diastolic velocity(EDV)in the observation group were faster than those in the control group, pulse index(PI)was lower than that of control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After intervention, the visual acuity of the two groups was improved, and the best corrected visual acuity of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the gray value of visual field and the average visual field defect were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant dif-ference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Fundus laser photocoagu-lation combined with drug intervention is effective in the treatment of diabetic eye disease patients, which can improve the level of hemorheology and improve the visual acuity of patients, and the treatment is safe.
