Objective To analyze the effect of insulin aspartate on blood glucose control in the treatment of gestational diabetes. Methods 60 patients with gestational diabetes admitted to Zhangzhou Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects by drawing lots. They were divided into two groups according to 1∶1 matching principle, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received recombinant insulin glargine injection, the observation group received insulin aspartate injection.Blood glucose indicators level,in-sulin resistance index,β cell function index before and after treatment and birth status of the two groups were com-pared.Results Before treatment comparison, there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose indexes, insulin resistance index and β cell function index between the two groups(all P>0.05).After treatment, the blood glu-cose indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group, the insulin resistance index was lower, and the β cell function index was higher, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in birth status of newborns between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The appli-cation of insulin aspartate in the treatment of gestational diabetes has a strong management effect on blood glucose, can reasonably control blood glucose levels, improve insulin resistance in gestational diabetes patients, and will not in-crease the risk of fetal macrosomia, hypoglycemia, which is conducive to good fetal development.
