Objective To analyze the effect of vitamin D drops combined with insulin aspart(IA)in patients with ges-tational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 88 GDM patients admitted to Jinnan Branch of Jinjiang Hospital from August 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into two groups according to a ran-dom number table method with 44 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with IA,while pa-tients in the study group were treated with vitamin D drops on the basis of the control group.Blood glucose, islet func-tion,incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention,2 h postprandial blood glucose and fasting blood glucose in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the β-cell function index of the study group was higher, and the insulin resistance index was lower, the differ-ences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the study group was 4.55%,which was lower than 20.45%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.091,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of adverse re-actions(P>0.05).Conclusion In GDM patients, vitamin D drops combined with IA can effectively reduce blood glu-cose,improve islet function and guarantee pregnancy outcome.
