Effect of Metformin Combined with Insulin Degu Aspartate in the Treat-ment of Refractory Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and Its Effect on Islet Func-tion

目的 分析二甲双胍联合德谷门冬胰岛素治疗难治性2型糖尿病(Diabetes Mellitus Type 2,T2DM)患者的效果及对患者血糖控制、胰岛功能的影响.方法 选取2023年1-12月赤峰市肿瘤医院收治的70例难治性T2DM患者为研究对象,以掷骰子法分为两组,各35例.对照组接受二甲双胍联合地特胰岛素治疗,观察组接受二甲双胍联合德谷门冬胰岛素治疗.比较两组治疗效果、血糖指标、胰岛功能指标、不良反应发生情况以及生活质量.结果 观察组治疗总有效率、生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组血糖指标低于对照组,且胰岛功能指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).两组不良反应总发生率比较(14.28%vs 11.42%),差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.128,P>0.05).结论 二甲双胍、德谷门冬胰岛素治疗难治性T2DM的安全性高,促进患者胰岛功能、血糖改善,提升疾病治疗效果.
Objective To analyze the effect of metformin combined with insulin degu aspart in the treatment of refrac-tory type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)patients,and the effect on blood glucose control and islet function.Methods Sev-enty patients with refractory T2DM admitted to Chifeng Cancer Hospital from January to December 2023 were se-lected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups using the dice playing method,with 35 patients in each group.The control group received treatment with metformin combined with insulin detemir,and the observation group received treatment with metformin combined with degu insulin aspartate.The therapeutic effects,blood glucose indicators,pancreatic function indicators,incidence of adverse reactions,and quality of life between two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate and quality of life score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The blood glucose index in the obser-vation group was lower than that in the control group,and the index of islet function in the observation group was bet-ter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).There was no statisti-cally significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(14.28%vs 11.42%).(χ2=0.128,P>0.05).Conclusion Metformin and insulin degu aspartate in the treatment of refractory T2DM have high safety,and can promote the improvement of patients'islet function and blood glucose,and improve the treatment ef-fect of the disease.
