司美格鲁肽与二甲双胍在糖尿病患者中的应用效果及不良反应分析

摘要
目的 探究分析司美格鲁肽与二甲双胍在糖尿病患者中的应用效果.方法 选取2022年1月—2023年12月南京市溧水区中医院收治的80例糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为两组,各40例,观察组采用司美格鲁肽+二甲双胍治疗,对照组采用二甲双胍治疗,对比两组治疗前后血糖指标、疗效和不良反应发生情况.结果 治疗前,两组血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组空腹血糖(5.94±0.21)mmol/L、餐后 2 h血糖(8.15±1.16)mmol/L均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=16.272、3.988,P均<0.05).观察组治疗总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.507,P<0.05).观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对于糖尿病患者采用司美格鲁肽联合二甲双胍方案治疗,能够稳定血糖,疗效更佳,同时不良反应更低,具有更高的优势.
Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of semaglutide and metformin in diabetic patients.Methods A total of 80 diabetic patients admitted to Lishui District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Nan-jing from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with semaglutide+met-formin,and the control group was treated with metformin.Blood glucose index before and after treatment,efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no signifi-cant difference in blood glucose level between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,fasting blood glucose(5.94±0.21)mmol/L and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose(8.15±1.16)mmol/L in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=16.272,3.988,both P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.507,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with dia-betes,the combination of semaglutide and metformin can stabilize blood glucose,and the efficacy is better,while the adverse reactions are lower,which has a higher advantage.
