瑞格列奈片联合阿卡波糖片治疗老年2型糖尿病的效果及安全性

摘要
目的 分析老年2型糖尿病以阿卡波糖片治疗联合瑞格列奈片的效果.方法 选取2022年1月—2023年12月济宁市兖州区人民医院收治的70例老年2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据双盲法分为对照组(35例,瑞格列奈片治疗)和观察组(35例,瑞格列奈片联合阿卡波糖片治疗),分析两组治疗有效率、血糖和胰岛素水平、脂代谢水平.结果 观察组治疗有效率(94.29%)高于对照组(71.43%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.437,P<0.05).治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、空腹胰岛素水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).治疗后,观察组三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、总胆固醇低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 老年2型糖尿病以阿卡波糖片治疗联合瑞格列奈片效果甚佳.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of acarbose tablets combined with repaglinide tablets in the treatment of elderly type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 70 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Yanzhou Dis-trict People's Hospital of Jining City from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.Ac-cording to the double-blind method,they were divided into control group(35 cases,repaglinide tablets for treatment)and observation group(35 cases,repaglinide tablets combined with acarbose tablets for treatment).The treatment effi-ciency,blood glucose and insulin levels,and lipid metabolism levels of the two groups were analyzed.Results The ef-fective rate of treatment in the observation group(94.29%)was higher than that in the control group(71.43%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.437,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose and fasting insulin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of triglyceride,low density lipopro-tein cholesterol and total cholesterol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In elderly patients with type 2 diabetes,the combination of acarbose tablets and repaglinide tablets is effective.
