基于电话随访的药学监护对门诊2型糖尿病患者续配、服药依从性及血糖水平的影响

摘要
目的 探讨基于电话随访的药学监护在门诊2型糖尿病(Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus,T2DM)患者中的应用效果.方法 选取2022年6-12月通用环球中铁邳州医院收治的260例T2DM患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各130例.对照组实施常规随访管理,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于电话随访的药学监护.比较两组续配和服药依从性量表评分和血糖指标水平变化.结果 干预后,与对照组比较,观察组续配和服药依从性量表评分显著提高,血糖水平和平均血糖波动幅度明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 基于电话随访的药学监护有助于提高门诊T2DM患者续配和服药依从性,进而改善血糖,降低血糖波动.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of telephone follow-up pharmacy care on type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)patients.Methods A total of 260 T2DM patients admitted to Genertec Universal Crec Pizhou Hospi-tal from June to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 130 cases in each group.The control group received routine follow-up management,the observation group received telephone-based follow-up pharmacy care on basis of routine manage-ment.The scores of Adherence to Refills and Medications Scale and changes in blood glucose indicators were com-pared between the two groups.Results After intervention,compared with the control group,the Adherence to Refills and Medications Scale score of the observation group significantly increased,and blood glucose levels and mean am-plitude of glycemic excursions significantly decreased,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Telephone-based follow-up pharmacy care helps improve refill and medication adherence in outpatient T2DM patients,thereby improving blood glucose control and reducing glycemic variability.
