摘要
目的 研究综合护理对糖尿病足术后的康复作用及生活质量的影响.方法 选取2021年4月—2022年12月在泰山八十八医院接受清创手术治疗的117例糖尿病足患者为研究对象,以信封随机分组法将其分为观察组(58例)和对照组(59例).前者实施综合护理,后者实施基础护理,对比两组患者的依从性、健康认知评分、血糖与Wagner评级、日常生活能力以及心理状况.结果 护理干预后,观察组总依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理干预后,两组健康认知评分水平显著升高,且观察组较对照组水平更高;两组血糖与Wagner评级水平显著降低,且观察组各指标水平改善优于对照组;两组日常生活能力均有所提升,且观察组水平改善优于对照组;两组心理状态显著改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 对行清创术的糖尿病足患者采取综合护理干预,能够有效提高患者对疾病的认知,提高患者的依从性,进而减少患者的异常情绪,增加患者的日常生活能力,且安全可靠.
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing on rehabilitation and quality of life after diabetic foot surgery.Methods A total of one hundred and seventeen diabetic foot patients who received debridement surgery in Tai'an 88th Hospital from April 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into observation group(58 cases)and control group(59 cases)by envelope randomization method.The former imple-mented comprehensive nursing,while the latter implemented basic nursing.Compliance,health cognitive scores,blood glucose and Wagner rating,daily living ability and mental status were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing intervention,the total compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the con-trol group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the level of health cogni-tive scores in both groups was significantly increased,and the level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.After nursing intervention,the levels of blood glucose and Wagner rating in the two groups were sig-nificantly reduced,and the improvement of all indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group.The daily living ability scores was increased in both groups,and the improvement of observation group was bet-ter than control group.The psychological status of the two groups were significantly improved,and the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for diabetic foot patients undergoing debridement can effec-tively improve patients'cognition of the disease,improve patients'compliance,and then reduce patients'abnormal emotions and increase patients'daily life ability.It is safe and reliable.
