妊娠糖尿病产妇剖宫产围生期营养护理价值分析

摘要
目的 探讨对妊娠糖尿病产妇给予剖宫产围生期营养护理干预的价值.方法 选取2020年4月—2023年5月菏泽市牡丹人民医院收治的64例妊娠糖尿病剖宫产产妇为研究对象,以投掷硬币法分为两组.参照组(32例)采用常规护理;研究组(32例)采用围生期营养护理.比较两组剖宫产产妇的血糖水平[空腹血糖(Fasting Plasma Glucose,FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(Glycosylated Hemoglobin A1c,HbA1c)]以及护理满意度评分.结果 护理前,两组FPG水平、HbA1c水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);护理后,与参照组比较,研究组FPG水平、HbA1c降低程度明显,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);与参照组比较,研究组护理总满意度提升程度明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 临床对妊娠糖尿病产妇合理给予剖宫产围生期营养护理干预,对于降低血糖水平,提升护理满意度,可以获得显著效果,可促进妊娠期糖尿病产妇的良好预后.
Abstract
Objective To explore the value of perinatal nutrition nursing intervention for pregnant women with gesta-tional diabetes during cesarean section.Methods Sixty-four cases of pregnant women with gestational diabetes cesar-ean section admitted to Heze Mudan People's Hospital from April 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the study ob-jects.They were divided into two groups according to the coin toss method.The reference group(32 cases)adopted routine nursing.The study group(32 cases)adopted perinatal nutrition nursing.The blood glucose levels[fasting plasma glucose(FPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)]and nursing satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in FPG and HbA1c levels between two groups(both P>0.05).After nursing,compared with the reference group,the FPG and HbA1c levels of study group were significantly reduced,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Compared with the refer-ence group,the total nursing satisfaction of study group was significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinically,reasonable perinatal nutrition nursing intervention for pregnant women with gestational diabetes can achieve significant effects on reducing blood glucose level and improving nursing satis-faction,and can promote a good prognosis for pregnant women with gestational diabetes.
