循证护理对老年糖尿病手术患者院感控制的效果分析

摘要
目的 研究分析循证护理对老年糖尿病手术患者院感控制的应用效果.方法 选取武城县中医院于2022年1月—2023年8月期间收治的120例择期手术的糖尿病患者,按照随机抽签法分为观察组(n=60,采取循证护理)和对照组(n=60,采取常规护理).对比两组院感发生情况、血糖水平和护理满意度.结果 观察组的院感总发生率低于对照组,观察组干预后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白指标低于对照组,观察组的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 在老年糖尿病手术患者采取循证护理有着良好的应用优势,能够提高血糖控制效果,降低院感发生风险,患者对护理服务的满意度更高.
Abstract
Objective To study and analyze the application effect of evidence-based nursing on hospital feeling con-trol in elderly patients with diabetes.Methods A total of 120 patients with diabetes undergoing elective surgery admit-ted to Wucheng County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected and divided into observation group(n=60,evidence-based nursing)and control group(n=60,routine nursing)accord-ing to random drawing method.The incidence of hospital feeling,blood glucose level and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of hospital feeling in observation group was lower than that in control group,after intervention,FPG,2 hPG and HbA1c indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the total satisfaction of nursing in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing has a good applica-tion advantage in elderly patients with diabetes surgery,which can improve the blood glucose control effect,reduce the risk of hospital feeling,and patients have higher satisfaction with nursing services.
