精细化护理干预对老年重症糖尿病足伤口的护理效果

摘要
目的 探究对老年重症糖尿病足伤口行精细化护理干预的效果.方法 选取武城县中医院于2022年6月—2023年6月接收的70例重症糖尿病足老年患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组35例.对照组行常规护理,观察组行精细化护理.对比两组血糖水平变化情况、情绪状态评分、生活质量评分与护理满意度.结果 护理后,两组情绪状态、生活质量、血糖水平较护理前有明显改善,且观察组更优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组护理满意度为94.29%,高于对照组的74.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对老年重症糖尿病足伤口行精细化护理干预效果理想,有助于增强患者控糖效果,改善患者生活质量与情绪状态.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of fine nursing intervention on the foot wound of the elderly with severe diabetes.Methods A total of 70 elderly patients with severe diabetic foot received by Wucheng County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received refined nursing.The changes of blood glucose level,emotional state score,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the emotional state,quality of life and blood glucose level of the two groups were signifi-cantly improved compared with those before nursing,and the observation group was better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.29%higher than that of the control group(74.29%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of fine nursing intervention on the foot wound of the elderly with severe diabetes is ideal,which helps to en-hance the effect of glucose control,improve the quality of life and emotional state of the patients.
