个性化营养指导在妊娠糖尿病患者护理中的应用研讨

摘要
目的 分析妊娠糖尿病实施个体化营养指导的价值.方法 选取2022年11月—2023年11月平邑县人民医院收治的106例妊娠糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用奇偶数法分为普通组、个性组,各53例.普通组行普通指导,个性组行个性化营养指导,比较两组依从性、血糖指标、体质量增长情况、不良结局.结果 个性组依从率高于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).指导后,两组血糖指标均降低,且个性组低于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).个性组体质量正常增长率高于普通组,体质量过量增长率低于普通组,不良结局总发生率低于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 个性化营养指导可改善分娩结局,提高血糖控制效果,使体质量增长幅度控制在正常范围内,保证妊娠安全.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of individualized nutrition guidance for gestational diabetes.Methods A total of 106 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus from the People's Hospital of Pingyi County from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into common group and individual group by odd and even numbers method,with 53 cases in each group.The general group received general guidance and the individual group received personalized nutrition guidance.Compliance,blood glucose index,body mass growth and adverse outcome were compared between the two groups.Results The compliance rate of the individual group was higher than that of the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After instruc-tion,both blood glucose indexes were decreased,and the individual group was lower than the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The normal growth rate of body mass in personality group was higher than that in general group,the excess growth rate of body mass was lower than that in general group,and the total inci-dence of adverse outcomes was lower than that in general group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nutrition guidance can improve the outcome of childbirth,improve the control ef-fect of blood glucose,control the increase of body mass within the normal range,ensure the safety of pregnancy.
