冠心病合并糖尿病患者的护理过程中采取多样性护理的应用效果及对生活质量的影响

摘要
目的 分析冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病合并糖尿病患者护理过程中采取多样性护理的应用效果及对生活质量的影响.方法 选取2020年1-12月德州市武城县中医院内分泌科收治的80例冠心病合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,根据护理措施分为常规组(40例,常规护理)和多样组(40例,多样性护理),对比两组患者护理前后自护能力评分、负面情绪评分、生活质量评分、用药依从优良率及不良事件发生率.结果 护理干预后,多样组自我护理、生活质量评分均显著高于常规组,焦虑、抑郁评分均显著低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).多样组用药依从优良率显著高于常规组,不良事件发生率显著低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 冠心病合并糖尿病患者护理过程中采取多样性护理,可有效提高患者自护能力与生活质量,减轻负面情绪,减少不良事件发生率.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect and the influence on the quality of life of patients with coro-nary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus by adopting diversified nursing.Methods A total of 80 patients with coronary heart disease combined with diabetes admitted to the Endocrinology Department of Wucheng County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Dezhou City from January to December 2020 were selected as the study objects and divided into routine group(40 cases,routine nursing)and diverse group(40 cases,diverse nursing)accord-ing to nursing measures.The score of self-care ability,negative emotion score,quality of life score,superior rate of medication compliance and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups before and after care.Results After nursing intervention,the scores of self-care and quality of life in various groups were significantly higher than those in the conventional group,and the scores of anxiety and depression were significantly lower than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The superior rate of medication compliance in various groups was significantly higher than that in conventional group,and the incidence of adverse events was significantly lower than that in conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing process of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus,adopting diversified nursing can effectively improve patients'self-care ability and quality of life,alleviate negative emotions,and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
