摘要
目的 分析针对性护理应用于输尿管结石伴肾积水感染合并糖尿病患者的效果.方法 选取2022年1月—2023年12月淮安市第五人民医院收治的60例输尿管结石伴肾积水感染合并糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用数字盲选法均分为对照组和观察组,每组30例.对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用常规护理+针对性护理干预.对比两组依从性、血糖水平、满意度.结果 观察组依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组血糖水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 输尿管石梗阻合并糖尿病患者护理中,针对性护理发挥了重要作用,可控制血糖,提高依从性,患者具有更高满意度.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of targeted nursing in patients with ureteral calculi with hydronephrosis and diabetes.Methods A total of 60 patients with ureteral calculi accompanied by hydronephroinfection complicated with diabetes in the Huai'an Fifth People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group by digital blind selection method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with rou-tine nursing intervention and targeted nursing intervention.The compliance,blood glucose level and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The compliance of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the blood glucose level of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfac-tion of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of patients with ureteral calculi with hydronephrosis and diabetes,targeted nursing plays an important role,which can control blood glucose,improve compliance,and patients have higher satisfaction.
