摘要
目的 分析探究在重症糖尿病足伤口护理中精细化干预的应用及对控制血糖水平的影响.方法 选取2022年7月—2023年8月兰陵县人民医院重症医学科收治的80例重症糖尿病足患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分参照组(40例)和研究组(40例).参照组采取常规干预,研究组采取精细化干预,对比两组干预效果.结果 干预后,研究组血糖水平低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组心理状态评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组生活质量评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 针对重症糖尿病足伤口,经精细化干预,效果确切.
Abstract
Objective To analyze and explore the application of fine intervention in foot wound care of severe diabetes mellitus and its influence on controlling blood glucose level.Methods A total of 80 patients with severe diabetic foot admitted to the Department of Intensive Care Medicine of Lanling County People's Hospital from July 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the reference group(40 cases)and the study group(40 cases)by random number table method.The reference group took conventional intervention,and the study group took refined intervention,and the effect of intervention was compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the blood glucose level of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).The psychological status score of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the foot wound of severe diabetes mellitus,the effect of fine intervention is accurate.
