摘要
目的 探究针对性护理模式对糖尿病肾病血液透析患者护理依从性的影响.方法 选取2019年1月—2023年12月盱眙县人民医院行血液透析治疗的62例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,并采用随机数表法分成两组,各31例.对照组予以常规护理,研究组予以针对性护理.对比两组患者心理健康状态和护理依从性.结果 研究组护理总依从率为96.77%高于对照组的77.42%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.167,P<0.05).研究组患者多个维度的心理健康状态评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 针对性护理模式应用在血液透析治疗的糖尿病肾病患者护理中效果比较理想,有助于改善患者心理健康状态,提高患者护理依从性.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing mode on nursing compliance of diabetic nephropathy patients on hemodialysis.Methods A total of 62 diabetic nephropathy patients who received hemodialysis treatment in Xuyi County People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and di-vided into two groups with 31 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was given rou-tine nursing,and the study group was given targeted nursing.The mental health status and nursing compliance of the two groups were compared.Results The total nursing compliance rate was 96.77%in the study group higher than 77.42%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.167,P<0.05).The scores of mental health status in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of targeted nursing mode in the nursing of diabetic ne-phropathy patients treated by hemodialysis is ideal,which is helpful to improve the mental health status of patients and improve the nursing compliance of patients.
