综合康复护理干预对脑梗死合并2型糖尿病患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖及生活质量的影响

摘要
目的 探讨综合康复护理干预在脑梗死合并2型糖尿病患者中的实施效果.方法 选取2020年1月—2023年1月寿光市人民医院收治的112例脑梗死合并2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,运用双盲法将其随机均分为两组:参考组(n=56)和干预组(n=56),参考组开展常规护理,干预组开展综合康复护理干预,比较患者血糖指标、自护能力评分、生活质量评分、护理满意度组间差异.结果 与参考组相比,干预组患者的血糖指标更优,自护能力、生活质量以及护理满意度的评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 在脑梗死合并2型糖尿病患者的疾病护理中,综合康复护理干预的应用效果确切.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with cere-bral infarction complicated with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 112 patients with cerebral infarction complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Shouguang People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were se-lected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups by digital double-blind method:reference group(n=56)and intervention group(n=56).The reference group carried out routine nursing,and the intervention group car-ried out comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention.Blood glucose index,self-care ability score,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were compared between groups.Results Compared with the reference group,the blood glucose index of patients in the intervention group was better,and the scores of self-care ability,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the disease nursing of patients with cerebral infarction complicated with type 2 diabetes,the application effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention is accurate.
