研究利拉鲁肽治疗糖尿病视网膜病变患者的临床价值

摘要
目的 分析利拉鲁肽治疗糖尿病视网膜病变患者的临床价值.方法 选取2022年9月—2023年12月商河县中医医院收治的72例糖尿病视网膜病患者为研究对象,根据双色球分组法分为常规组(红球)、研究组(白球),各36例.常规组予以基本治疗,研究组在常规组基础上予以利拉鲁肽治疗,比较两组治疗有效率、治疗前后糖脂代谢参数、血清血管内皮生长因子(Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor,VEGF)和胰岛素生长因子-1(Insulin-Like Growth Factors-1,IGF-1)指数、视野灰度值和黄斑厚度、不良反应发生率.结果 治疗前,两组患者的糖脂代谢参数、VEGF和IGF-1指数、视野灰度值和黄斑厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05).治疗后,研究组的治疗有效率高于常规组、糖脂代谢参数低于常规组,研究组VEGF和IGF-1指数、视野灰度值和黄斑厚度优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较(常规组13.89%vs研究组8.33%),差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.562,P>0.05).结论 对糖尿病视网膜病变者使用利拉鲁肽治疗能有效改善糖脂水平,提升视力水平,促进康复.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical value of liraglutide in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy.Methods A total of 72 diabetic retinopathy patients admitted to the Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Shanghe County from September 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the conven-tional group(red ball)and the research group(white ball)according to the bicolor ball grouping method,with 36 cases each.The conventional group was given basic treatment,and the study group was given liraglutide treatment on the ba-sis of the conventional group.The treatment efficacy,glucose and lipid metabolism parameters,serum Vascular Endo-thelial Growth Factor(VEGF)and Insulin-Like Growth factor-1(IGF-1)index,visual field gray value and macular thickness,incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in glucose and lipid metabolism parameters,VEGF and IGF-1 index,visual field gray value and macular thickness between the two groups(all P>0.05).After treatment,the effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the parameters of glucose and lipid metabolism were lower than that of the conventional group,and VEGF and IGF-1 index,visual field gray value and macular thickness in study group were better than those in conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(13.89%in the conventional group vs 8.33%in the study group)(χ2=0.562,P>0.05).Conclusion Treatment with lira-glutide in diabetic retinopathy patients can effectively improve glycolipid level,improve visual acuity level and pro-mote rehabilitation.
