摘要
目的 探究消糖丸对2型糖尿病(Diabetes Mellitus Type 2,T2DM)合并H型高血压痰瘀证患者中医证候积分、血糖水平的影响.方法 选取新沂市中医医院于2023年1-8月收治的86例T2DM+H型高血压痰瘀证患者作为研究对象,采用单双数法分为对照组(n=43)和研究组(n=43),对照组行常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组用药基础上使用消糖丸治疗.对比两组患者的治疗效果、中医证候评分和血糖水平.结果 研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后两组各项中医证候评分、血糖水平均显著降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 T2DM合并H型高血压痰瘀证患者治疗中,消糖丸可以改善患者机体血糖水平,对帮助患者实现疾病预后有积极价值.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of Xiaotang pills on the improvement of Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and blood glucose level in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)combined with H-type hyper-tension and phlegm stasis certificate.Methods A total of 86 patients with T2DM+H-type hypertension with phlegm stasis certificate admitted to Xinyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to August 2023 were se-lected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(n=43)and study group(n=43)by odd and even number method.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the study group was treated with Xiaotang Pills on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syn-drome score and blood glucose level of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes and blood glucose levels in the two groups were significantly de-creased after treatment,and those in the study group were lower than the control group,the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of T2DM patients with H-type hypertension and phlegm stasis certificate,Xiaotang Pills can improve the blood glucose level of patients,and has positive value in helping pa-tients achieve disease prognosis.
