Effects of Insulin Detemir and Insulin Aspartate on Oxidative Stress and Hypoglycemia in Children with Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus

目的 分析地特胰岛素及门冬胰岛素对1型糖尿病患儿氧化应激及低血糖的作用效果.方法 选取2021年2月—2023年1月德州市陵城区人民医院收治的86例1型糖尿病患儿为研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同将其分成对照组和研究组,各43例,其中对照组给予常规胰岛素治疗,研究组则给予地特胰岛素联合门冬胰岛素治疗,比较两组患儿的治疗效果.结果 治疗前,两组患儿的血糖、血脂、氧化应激因子水平与生活质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后,研究组血糖、血脂、氧化应激因子水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).治疗后,研究组生活质量各项评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).治疗后,对照组低血糖发生率高于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 地特胰岛素联合门冬胰岛素治疗1型糖尿病患儿时,糖脂指标及氧化应激状态得到改善,低血糖发生率较低,生活质量提高.
Objective To analyze the effects of insulin detemir and insulin aspartate on oxidative stress and hypoglyce-mia in children with type 1 diabetes.Methods A total of 86 children with type 1 diabetes treated in Lingcheng Dis-trict People's Hospital of Dezhou City from February 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.Accord-ing to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and study group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional insulin treatment,and the study group was given insulin detemir combined with insulin aspartate treatment.The treatment effects of two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there were no statistical significances in the levels of blood glucose,blood lipids,oxidative stress factors and quality of life between the two groups(all P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of blood glucose,blood lipids and oxidative stress fac-tors in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of quality of life of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of hypoglyce-mia in control group was higher than that in study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of children with type 1 diabetes,insulin detemir combined with insulin aspartate has a significant improvement effect on glycolipid indexes and the oxidative stress state,reduces the incidence of hypoglyce-mia,and further improves their quality of life.
