Objective To analyze the effects of insulin detemir and insulin aspartate on oxidative stress and hypoglyce-mia in children with type 1 diabetes. Methods A total of 86 children with type 1 diabetes treated in Lingcheng Dis-trict People's Hospital of Dezhou City from February 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.Accord-ing to different treatment methods, they were divided into control group and study group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional insulin treatment, and the study group was given insulin detemir combined with insulin aspartate treatment. The treatment effects of two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, there were no statistical significances in the levels of blood glucose, blood lipids, oxidative stress factors and quality of life between the two groups(all P>0.05).After treatment, the levels of blood glucose, blood lipids and oxidative stress fac-tors in the study group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of quality of life of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment, the incidence of hypoglyce-mia in control group was higher than that in study group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of children with type 1 diabetes, insulin detemir combined with insulin aspartate has a significant improvement effect on glycolipid indexes and the oxidative stress state, reduces the incidence of hypoglyce-mia,and further improves their quality of life.
