摘要
目的 分析糖尿病肾病患者应用阿卡波糖的效果.方法 回顾性选取福建医科大学附属第二医院于2023年1-12月收治的60例糖尿病肾病终末期患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式不同分为对照组(n=30)、研究组(n=30).对照组应用胰岛素治疗,研究组使用阿卡波糖治疗.治疗前及治疗1个月,比较两组空腹血糖(Fasting Plasma Glucose,FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2-hour Postprandial Plasma Glucose,2 hPG)水平、肾功能指标及生活质量简表(WHO Quality of Life-100,WHOQOL-100)评分.结果 治疗前,两组血糖水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1个月,研究组血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001).治疗前,两组肾功能指标对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1个月,研究组肾功能指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001).治疗前,两组WHOQOL-100 评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗 1 个月,研究组WHOQOL-100评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001).结论 阿卡波糖能够降低糖尿病肾病患者血糖水平,从而改善其肾功能及生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of application of acarbose in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods The clinical data of sixty patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January to December 2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into the control group(n=30)and the study group(n=30)according to the different treatment modalities.The control group applied in-sulin treatment and the study group used acarbose for treatment.Before treatment and 1 month of treatment,the fast-ing plasma glucose(FPG)and 2-hour postprandial plasma glucose(2 hPG)levels,renal function indexes,and WHO Quality of Life-100(WHOQOL-100)score of two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,the blood glucose levels of the two groups were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).1 month after treat-ment,the blood glucose level of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.001).Before treatment,the renal function index of the two groups was compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).1 month after treatment,the renal function index of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Before treatment,the WHOQOL-100 score of the two groups was compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).1 month after treatment,the WHOQOL-100 score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Acarbose can reduce the blood glucose level of diabetic ne-phropathy patients,thus improving their renal function and quality of life.
