Objective To investigate the value of insulin aspartate combined with insulin detemir in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods Clinical data of 60 GDM patients admitted to Shouning County Hospi-tal from January 2021 to June 2023 were retrospectively selected, and were divided into control group(insulin aspar-tate treatment)and observation group(insulin aspartate combined with insulin detemir treatment)according to differ-ent treatment methods, with 30 cases in each group. The treatment results of the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in blood glucose and homocysteine levels between the two groups(both P>0.05).After treatment, blood glucose and homocysteine levels in two groups were better than before treatment, and observation group was better than control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of insulin aspartate and insulin detemir in the treatment of GDM can further improve blood glucose index, and can better reduce or avoid adverse pregnancy outcomes.
