Objective To analyze the clinical effect of four coagulation tests in diabetic patients. Methods A total of 80 diabetic patients admitted to Zaoyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Hubei Province from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study group, and 40 healthy persons in the same period were selected as the control group. In the study group,40 patients with fasting blood glucose≤8.8 mmol/L were assigned to group A,and 40 patients with fasting blood glucose>8.8 mmol/L were assigned to group B.The four coagulation indexes of the study group and the control group were compared.Four coagulation indexes of group A,group B and control group were compared. Results The prothrombin time(PT)(12.89±0.47)s,activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)(34.76±3.28)s,thrombin time(TT)(17.66±1.43)s of the control group were higher than those of the study group[(10.91±0.58)s,(28.73±3.12)s,(13.29±1.33)s,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The level of fibrinogen(FIB)in the control group was lower than that in the study group, and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).PT(12.12±0.35)s,APTT(31.49±3.17)s,TT(14.89±1.28)s in group B were higher than those in group A[(10.36±0.42)s,(27.26±3.28)s,(12.61±1.40)s],the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The level of FIB in group B was lower than that in group A,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).The levels of PT,APTT and TT in group A and group B were lower than those in the control group, and the level of FIB was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Four coagulation tests in diabetic patients can distinguish their coagulation function, provide clini-cal evidence for disease progression, and have great significance for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis evaluation of the disease.
