Objective To study the changes of fasting blood glucose(FBG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),glycated albumin(GA)and glycated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c)levels in pregnant women with gestational dia-betes mellitus. Methods A total of 180 pregnant women with gestational diabetes diagnosed and treated in Ningde Hospital affiliated to Ningde Normal University from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and compared with 200 healthy pregnant women during the same period. All subjects underwent biochemical laboratory tests. The blood glucose value, biochemical laboratory indicators, and the accuracy of different indicators were compared be-tween the two groups. Results The leves of all indexes of pregnant women with gestational diabetes were higher than those of healthy pregnant women, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The accuracy of combined detection were higher than those of other single detection methods, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of FBG,2 hPG,GA,HbA1c and other indicators of pregnant women with gesta-tional diabetes mellitus are different from those of normal healthy pregnant women, and the combined detection has higher accuracy, which can provide rich reference for the diagnosis of maternal. It is recommended to actively detect pregnant women during pregnancy and to evaluate and intervene in the health of pregnant women.
