Objective To analyze the effect of seamless whole-course nursing intervention in diabetic foot patients during operation.Methods A total of 56 patients who underwent diabetic foot surgery in Lijin County Central Hospital of Dongying City from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and whole course group by random number table method,with 28 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the whole course group was given seamless whole course nursing intervention.The psycho-logical state and blood glucose level before and after nursing,the satisfaction degree and the incidence of adverse reac-tions of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the whole course group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).There was no significant difference in blood glucose index between the two groups(P>0.05).The satisfaction of pa-tients in the whole course group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the whole course group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of seamless whole-course nursing inter-vention in the operation of diabetic foot patients can realize the adjustment of the psychological state of patients,pro-mote the satisfaction of patients and prevent the occurrence of adverse reactions.
