Objective To explore and analyze the application value of operating room nursing in patients with gesta-tional diabetes cesarean section.Methods A total of sixty gestational diabetes cesarean section patients from Pingyi County People's Hospital from September 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects.Randomi number table method was used to divid into two groups with thirty cases in each group,the routine group received routine nurs-ing,the study group received operating room nursing.The occurrence of complications,psychological state,nursing satisfaction were compared between the two group.Results The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the rou-tine group,the scores of anxiety and depression in the study group were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the perioperative period of patients with gestational diabetes cesarean section,the use of operating room nursing has significant effects,not only to control complications rate,but also to improve the psychological state of patients,and further enhance the satisfaction of patients'nursing.
