Application of Goal-oriented Nursing Measures in Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的 分析基于目标导向的护理措施在老年2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果.方法 选取2022年4月—2023年3月东明县中医医院收治的112例2型糖尿病老年患者为研究对象,参照随机数表法分为对照组(n=56)与研究组(n=56).对照组采取常规护理措施,研究组在对照组基础上应用基于目标导向的护理措施.针对两组患者的血糖值、健康调查简表评分(Mos Item Short From Health Survey,SF-36)、糖尿病人自我管理行为评分(Summary of Diabetes Self Care Activities,SDSCA)进行比较.结果 干预后,研究组空腹血糖(5.59±0.60)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(7.08±0.88)mmol/L低于对照组(6.78±0.58)、(8.85±0.98)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=10.671、10.056,P均<0.05).干预后,与对照组相比,研究组SDSCA、SF-36量表评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 基于目标导向的护理措施能够有效提高老年2型糖尿病患者的自我管理能力与生活质量,维持血糖值的稳定性.
Objective To analyze the effect of goal-oriented nursing measures in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods From April 2022 to March 2023,one hundred and twelve elderly patients with type 2 diabetes treated in Dongming County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study objects and divided into control group(n=56)and study group(n=56)according to random number table method.The control group took routine nurs-ing measures,and the study group applied goal-oriented nursing measures on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose levels,MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)and summary of diabetes self care activities(SDSCA)were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,fasting blood glucose(5.59±0.60)mmol/L and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose(7.08±0.88)mmol/L in the study group were lower than those in the control group(6.78±0.58)mmol/L and(8.85±0.98)mmol/L,and the differences were statistically significant(t=10.671,10.056,both P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of SDSCA and SF-36 scales in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differencs were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Goal-oriented nursing mea-sures can effectively improve the self-management ability and quality of life of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes,and maintain the stability of blood glucose.
